SHIPPING POLICY

COVID19 Update:
DELAYS ARE TO BE EXPECTED in shipping globally due the the broken links in supply chains.

Please place your order and provide your correct address information including contact number and email to allow us to contact you when necessary.

In-transit delays are out of our control. We want you to receive your order "yesterday", just like you do.

Your privacy is always respected and you will only be contacted when it is necessary to resolve any issues or discrepancies with your order..

Local inventory is available for the majority of products in the Store and your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmed.

For Drop-shipped items, "DHL / FedEx" specified in your tracking information: Please allow up to 21 days for your shipment to be delivered, however some shipments may be delivered much quicker depending on freight loads".

Standard drop-shipping of certain products may take up to 60 days for your shipment to be delivered (applies if no local inventory on hand).


General Order Processing Time Expectations:

Local inventory is available for the majority of products in the Store and your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmed.

You will receive an email to notify you when your order is updated, including when it has shipped and can track your shipment progress by clicking the link in the order confirmation email.

Products from international vendors will ship as soon as possible after your order is processed and payment received. If any unforeseen delay is expected when your order is placed, we will notify you via email. Note: some products may ship 5 days after payment received, this is due to manufacturer volumes.
