DELAYS ARE TO BE EXPECTED in shipping globally due the the broken links in supply chains, due to whatever the current "thing" is.. International shipping prices are increasing and may prohibit shipping your order. If this situation occurs, you will be contacted and informed of our decision and you will be fully refunded.

Please place your order and provide your correct address information including contact number and email to allow us to contact you when necessary.

In-transit delays are out of our control. We want you to receive your order "yesterday", just like you do.

Your privacy is always respected and you will only be contacted when it is necessary to resolve any issues or discrepancies with your order..

Local inventory is available for the majority of products in the Store and your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmed. There is a limited volume of local inventory in stock. Any out of stock items, we will attempt to source new product, however the global supply chain is broken and delivery may be impossible, in which case, your order will be fully refunded.

General Order Processing Time Expectations:

Local inventory is available for the majority of products in the Store and your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmed, generally it is prepared the same day and shipped the next day.

You will receive an email to notify you when your order is updated, including when it has shipped and can track your shipment progress by clicking the link in the order confirmation email.

Products from international vendors will ship as soon as possible after your order is processed and payment received. If any unforeseen delay is expected when your order is placed, we will notify you via email. Note: some products may ship 5 days after payment received, this is due to manufacturer volumes.
